Promises Made, Promises Kept

 Here are Frank Mingo’s campaign promises fulfilled while serving his first seven months:

  • Protected Miami Lakes from hostile annexation efforts by successfully sponsoring a charter amendment requiring voter approval for any boundary changes.

  • Created Transparency by requiring additional notification for projects that affect the quality of life and also implemented the use of Social Media by our Town police.

  • Instrumental in obtaining $1.3 Million for critical infrastructure improvements from the State.

  • Invested in our childrens academic success by voting to create a new vocabulary building program without raising taxes.

  • Working with Miami Lakes Residents to create a 30 acre passive park at no cost.
